THE VISION
Executives Are Innovators
Keith Crawford had a vision, a conviction to help the youth in his community and in his city fulfill their aspirations despite their environment. The mere idea of what was intended to be a mentoring program in Keith’s mind grew to be something much more. On September 18, 2017, that vision became what is now known as The Young Executives Foundation, Inc. T.Y.E began as a brand, grew to become a fast advancing business, and ultimately morphed into a Non-Profit organization designed and determined to serve others.
The Young Executives Foundation Inc. was created to address the need of encouragement, education, and empowerment among youth in the city of Atlanta. We often see talent, dreams, and goals fall by the wayside due to a number of circumstances including an environment not conducive for growth. Our goal is to uplift and encourage the youth in our community through various opportunities and events. We will be the change that breaks the continuous cycle of untapped potential.
T.Y.E wants to empower everyone to feel that anything is possible with hard work and a dream to strive towards. Our desire is to create strong communities by catering to and serving the individuals within our communities. Community service, outreach, and creating opportunities for the youth to exhibit their talents are the imprints that we desire to leave as The Young Executives.
The Mission
The mission of The Young Executives Foundation, Inc. is to improve the quality of life in our challenged communities and enhance educational, economic, and career opportunities.

Meet Our Founder
Keith Crawford was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, a city that he continues to serve through various community service efforts and business endeavors. He is a graduate of The University of West Georgia where he received a degree in marketing with a concentration in advertising and sales. Growing up in a single-parent household, Keith witnessed the dreams, visions, and goals of many fall by the wayside due to unprecedented circumstances, which motivates him to not allow others to fall victim to them. His upbringing and experiences have shaped him into a strong advocate for his community, determined to create opportunities for others and put them in a position to succeed.
By founding the nonprofit, the organization has spearheaded numerous community initiatives including an Annual Winter Donation Drive, business networking panels, and financial literacy panels. These community initiatives include college & job expos for high school and college students in Atlanta. The Young Executives Foundation also has a partnership with the City of Atlanta where they have adopted a road, McDonough Boulevard. Through this partnership, the Young Executives Foundation has vowed to keep this road, the same road on which Keith attended high school at Carver Early College, clean and beautified for the community. Other partnerships include Michelle Obama’s non-partisan organization When We All Vote, and I Am A Father 5k, on which Keith is a board member. I Am A Father 5K’s mission is to increase the awareness of organ donation in the black community and educate the community on why it is not taboo to be an organ donor.
In addition to the Young Executives, Keith is the owner of Affluent Elements, LLC, a premier event service company that specializes in designing and planning events. Keith has over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry in regard to events. His experience includes fashion shows, galas, corporate events, and business mixtures, aiming to make clients’ visions into realities. He has worked with the likes of K Camp, Tyrese, RBRM, and many others. Overall, Keith’s resilience and refusal to give up have led him to much success; being the youngest recipient of the Thriving Under 30 award from his alter mater The University of West Georgia. There is still much that Keith strives to accomplish and many goals that he aims to reach.
